Huayu Weaving Co., Ltd. won the "Sixth China Top Ten Textile Science and Technology Industry Promotion Award"

    On June 20, the 2019 China Textile Science and Technology Achievement Docking Conference and the 6th China Ten Textile Science and Technology Conference were held in Quanzhou, Fujian Province. The theme of this docking meeting is "gathering science and technology, wise future". In this feast of textile science and technology, there are about 30 domestic leading or even international leading textile science and technology projects covering textile machinery equipment, fibers, yarns, fabrics, printing and dyeing, finishing and other textile industry chains.





     Huayu Weaving Co., Ltd. won the "Sixth China Top Ten Textile Science and Technology Industry Promotion Award" with the project "Machine Vision Online Monitoring Key Technologies Machine Application for Intelligent Warp Knitting Production". This project belongs to the cross-field of textile machinery and automation. Under the background of the rapid development of national economy and the increasing demand for intelligent weaving process and product quality in the textile industry, the key technologies of on-line inspection of warp knitting are deeply studied, and the machine vision theory is applied to the research of on-line inspection technology of warp knitting. In application, the key problems of warping and knitting on-line detection and quality control in warp knitting are solved, and the warp breaking self-stop and warp knitting defects on-line detection system can be commercialized and popularized. As early as last year, Huayu Weaving Co., Ltd. has won the first prize in this award by virtue of the project "Key Technologies of Composite Functional Sports Shoe Upper Material Based on Jacca Warp Knitting Machine". This year, Huayu Weaving Co., Ltd. won the prize again, which shows that the R&D capability of the group company is constantly improving and that it has sufficient ability to apply R&D technology to actual production.
