Huayu Zhengying Group's Talents Training Program was officially launched in 2019

    On the evening of March 29, Huayu Zhengying Group opened the launching ceremony of the talent training plan for 2019 in the multi-functional hall of its headquarters. There are two links in this activity. One is the ceremony of "teacher leading apprentice" and the other is the opening ceremony of "flight opening". The courses of "Teachers with Apprentices" and "Flight Starting" are all developed around the training of talents. "Teachers lead apprentices", focusing on the establishment of "one belt one" talent training mode in the production technology posts of the group. The purpose of "Flight Start" is to provide career guidance for college students with insufficient work experience and lack of professional experience.

    At the beginning of the ceremony, Mr. Su Chengyu, CEO of the Group, delivered a speech on behalf of the company. He said, "As an apprentice, we should learn not only the skills of the master, but also the spirit of the master's research on technology. As a teacher, we should learn from the past and make progress with our apprentices in the practical teaching of technology.

    Subsequently, the teacher spoke on behalf of Zhu Shuzhen, who said that she would devote all her resources to the professional skills of her apprentices. Chen Yongjian, an apprentice, said that during his tenure, he felt that the Group paid more and more attention to personnel training, and expressed his concern that he would seek advice modestly in future work and be promoted in the professional field at an early date.

    Following the worship ceremony, "Flight Start" officially opens. Manager Kang of Manpower Administration Center presided over the opening ceremony. The participants elaborated on the original intention of "departure flight" and what we should know and think about behind it.
